The Zeta Omicron chapter of Kappa Delta sisterhood is excited to meet potential new members during Wake Forest’s formal recruitment in January. Recruitment allows us to meet women from all backgrounds and areas of the country as we build our sisterhood into a unique and loving place to call home. We seek new members who exemplify our motto “let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest” and are committed to achieving academic success, developing leadership skills, and making a difference through giving back. We require a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be considered for membership.
Throughout the year, Wake Forest Panhellenic gives the opportunities to chapters who fall below chapter total to extend bids to ensure a strong membership level. Participation by Zeta Omicron is not guaranteed, but provides potential new members with another option for membership within our sisterhood.
Kappa Deltas from across the country are encouraged to submit recommendations and legacy connections on potential new members who plan to go through recruitment at Wake Forest University. With a large number of women who decide to go through recruitment each year, recommendations and legacy introductions allow us to learn a little more about potential new members and their accomplishments.
Recommendations and legacy forms can be submitted up until January 1, 2015. Find out more about how a Kappa Delta alumna, or collegian from another KD chapter, can submit a recommendation by visiting the “Join KD” tab on our website.
If you are a potential new member and are interested in registering for Recruitment or have questions about the process, please feel free to visit the Wake Forest Greek Life website at: http://fraternitysorority.campuslife.wfu.edu.
If you have any Kappa Delta related questions or would like to directly submit a recommendation or legacy introduction, please email our Kappa Delta VP- Membership Emma Trapp at email@example.com.
